 How to Setup an Email Mailbox in iPhone/iPad/iTouch

  1. Touch/open "Settings" icon.
  2. On the "Settings" page, touch/open "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".
  3. On the "Accounts" box, touch/open "Add Account…".
  4. On the "Add Account…" page, touch/open "Other".
  5. On the "Other" page, touch/open "Add Mail Account".
  6. On the "New Account" page, fill up the necessary details (Name, Address, etc) then touch "Next" icon on the top right.
  7. The iPhone will then verify the details you have inputed and will then redirect you to the "New Account" page.
  8. Choose between IMAP or POP* 
  9. Fill up the necessary details please be reminded of the following:
    • your username should be your full email address ( and not just kahlil.talledo)
    • Both incoming and outgoing mail server should be "" format (example,
    • Password is case sensitive.
  10. when done, click "Next". The iPhone will then again verify the data you have inputed.
  11. on the IMAP page, turn on "Mail" and turn "Notes" off.
